We proudly provide affordable housing options for people who'd like to call Port Townsend, WA home.

We invite you to choose your structure, pick your place, and enjoy your life.

We have a community fee ranging from $850-$1,050 and it includes the lot lease, water, sewer, garbage, electric (except on MH lots), and shared fiber Wi-Fi.

We accept pets, with conditions, and pet rent is on us!

You need to make at least 3x the community fee and have a credit score of 620+.
